RT9069

RT9069 是具有使能控制功能的低壓差線性穩壓器，具有可承受高輸入電壓、低壓差、低功耗和小封裝的特點。
低達 2µA 的靜態電流和禁止狀態下零電流消耗的特性使之成為電池供電設備的理想選擇。RT9069 在 3.5V~36V 的輸入電壓範圍和全負載範圍內均可與陶瓷輸出電容配合穩定工作。
